¿Tengo que pagar por adelantado? No, solo pagaras al finalizar el servicio de traslado.
¿Cuando sabre lo que me costará el servicio? Cuando rellenes el formulario o te pongas en contacto con nosotros por telefono te informaremos del precio del servicio.
¿Que pasa si mi vuelo se cancela o retrasa? En todo momento estaremos en contacto, para poder ajustar la hora de recogida, o para que nos informes que no necesitas el servicio.
¿Como sabremos que es nuestro servicio? Nuestro chofer os estará esperando con un cartel con vuestro nombre en la zona acordada.
Do I have to pay in advance? No, you only pay upon completion of the transfer.
When will I know the cost of the service? We will inform you of the price when you fill out the form or contact us by phone.
What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed? We will be in contact at all times to adjust the pickup time or to let you know you no longer need the service.
How will we know it's our service? Our driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name in the agreed-upon area.
